Costs are monitored and controlled through daily reporting, strict purchase order systems, centralized ordering programs, product waste and usage control, daily labor reporting, in depth analysis of financial statements and usage of property best practices. These tools and practices enable our team to monitor and understand the properties financial status as that month unfolds. Each brand affiliation is also maximized to ensure brand procedures and programs are being implemented properly as well as taking advantage of the benefits in training and development, purchasing, and promotions.

The successful operation of Food and Beverage is crucial to the overall experience of our guests. Our organizational structure provides field resources with knowledgeable hands-on expertise in all disciplines critical to the success of each food and beverage operation. With expertise in all facets of food and beverage including our high end banquets and conferences we have what it takes to ensure success.

Preventative maintenance is the key to ultimate guest satisfaction, associate retention and asset value. Each property maintains an ongoing comprehensive preventative maintenance program that is monitored in detail at the property level, by the Radius management team and through our web-based reporting system. With the ongoing inspections of energy management procedures and systems we ensure peak efficiencies of equipment, control energy costs and extend equipment life.

Revenue growth, cost containment, and property maintenance are focused on each day.  It is equally important to understand and plan for the future. We asset manage each property; as owners we understand the need to manage the asset from more than just the property level and to search for additional key areas of savings.  We maximize the bottom line for increased value and also deliver the ownership’s objectives, setting strategic plans and executing the specific actionable initiatives.
